DPE-G
Le diagnostic de performance énergétique (DPE) est un document qui donne un aperçu de la performance énergétique d'un logement par une estimation de sa consommation énergétique et de son taux d'émission de gaz à effet de serre. Le DPE vise à évaluer la quantité d'énergie et de gaz à effet de serre consommée ou dégagée par un logement. L'initiative de faire réaliser un DPE appartient au vendeur du logement ou au bailleur. Le DPE doit être intégré au sein d'un dossier de diagnostic technique (DDT) et être remis à l'acquéreur ou au locataire. Lorsque le vendeur ou le bailleur réalise une annonce immobilière pour la mise en vente ou location de son logement, celle-ci doit :
- mentionner l'échelle de performance énergétique du logement (A à G) et contenir l'étiquette énergie, lorsque l'annonce paraît en vitrine d'une agence immobilière ou est diffusée sur internet. L'étiquette doit être lisible, en couleur et représenter au moins 5 % de la surface du support lorsqu'elle est affichée en vitrine d'agence immobilière, ou respecter au moins les proportions de 180 pixels sur 180 pixels lorsqu'elle est diffusée sur internet,
- et/ou mentionner uniquement l'échelle de performance énergétique du logement (A à G) précédée de la mention classe énergie, lorsque l'annonce paraît dans la presse écrite.
